Phil Clark
Phil is a Director of our Business Recovery team and a highly experienced corporate insolvency specialist, dedicated to supporting company directors across the UK who are facing financial distress.
With over 15 years of insolvency experience, Phil established his own practice in 2009 before consulting with Begbies Traynor Group, the UK’s largest independent corporate insolvency and restructuring firm. This background gives him a deep understanding of both formal insolvency procedures and practical business recovery solutions.
Phil is known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, always aiming to under-promise and over-deliver. He advises on a wide range of business turnaround strategies, from early-stage advisory support to formal insolvency processes. By working closely with directors, stakeholders, and professional advisers, Phil ensures that every plan is executed as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Keith Tully
Keith has worked in the business recovery and insolvency sector since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience to the team. He has developed particular expertise in liquidation and administration procedures, helping company directors navigate financial challenges with clear and practical solutions.
Throughout his career, Keith has regularly acted for financial institutions, lenders, and professional advisers across the UK, providing trusted insolvency and business recovery advice. After gaining valuable experience at PwC in Leeds, he established his own insolvency practice, Cooper Williamson, in 2010. The firm grew rapidly before being sold to Begbies Traynor plc in 2013, one of the UK’s leading insolvency and restructuring companies.
Alongside his professional achievements, Keith is a passionate Manchester United supporter, rarely missing a match. He also enjoys travelling to the Caribbean – with Jamaica holding a special place in his heart – and is a keen Crown Green Bowler.
